The Resourcing Specialist is responsible for managing a full lifecycle recruitment process across a portfolio of disciplines & locations within the UK. Responsible for delivering cost effective, diverse and quality resources, acting as a subject matter expert to Business Facing HR and Line Managers in all resourcing related matters.
 

 Business Analyst - Workforce Administration

We are currently recruiting for a couple of Workforce Administrators (WFA) to provide subject matter expertise in relation to the Workforce administration processes, specifically Workday related.

The roles will manage the development and implementation of the strategy, future operating model, processes, collateral and tools needed to deliver the future state WFA services on the Workday solution. They will manage the aspects / artefacts and to further evolve the foundational services through the work of the Client Solutions team post go-live with the aim of continuous improvement in service level, process efficiency and cost effectiveness.
