Great opportunity for a
Resourcing Advisor who has a background in Graduate or Early Careers
recruitment. We have a maternity cover to start ASAP, for 8 months
based 20 minutes from Clapham Junction.
The successful candidate will have managed high volume projects like
this previously, with strong coordination, and have managed talent
attraction campaigns. You will manage the end to end hiring process
for an external hire Global MBA Programme, manage the day to day
relationship with our external RPO partner and regional Resourcing
teams in the US, UK and Asia to guarantee the Programme’s hiring
demand is achieved.
• Manage the end to end hiring process for the MBA Programme,
including deployment of targeted sourcing & attraction activities,
applicant screening, facilitation and coordination of interview days
and assessment centres and assessment and facilitate hand off to HR
• Partner closely with colleagues in the Talent Team who manage the
Programme to ensure recruitment processes deliver quality and
diverse hires in line with programme goals
• Ensure quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process in line with the Candidate Charter
• Manage the logistical and procurement processes associated with
sourcing and attraction and assessment activity e.g. Attraction
events, online campaign cost management, sourcing assessors, booking
venues, candidate expenses etc.
• Ensure interview records are collected and stored in line with the
Records Management policy
• Manage the global reporting process for the Graduate demand vs.
actual hires. Work in partnership with Talent & Group Resourcing to
ensure accurate reporting in a timely manner
• Partner with Group graduate Resourcing teams in US & UK, Group
Assessment colleagues and in-country HR Resourcing community in key
hiring locations to support Graduate recruitment project activity to
deliver the group-wide target graduate recruitment operating model
• Produce Resourcing reports to meet business requirements, liaise
with HRIS team who own the Applicant Tracking System data & Global
People Data teams as required, and provide analytics to internal
