Our client, based in
Cambridge, is seeking an experienced team administrator/PA to
provide support 24 hours per week – working either 5 short days or 3
full days per week. This is a temporary position, initially for
three months, with the possibility of extending past this. The ideal
start date is early August but our client will wait for the right
On a day to day basis duties will include:
• Booking travel and accommodation for the leadership team
• Diary management
• Coordinating meetings on and off site
• Minute taking and transcription
• Processing expenses on Concur
• Inputting data and managing queries on SalesForce
• Advanced administrative support to the wider team (of 27)
The ideal candidate will have worked in a team support role
previously, have strong Word and Excel skills and intermediate
PowerPoint. You will also be using SalesForce, Concur and Ariba but
training is available on these packages. You will need to
demonstrate that you are exceptionally organised, able to engage
with stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a busy role where you
will need to prioritise work to achieve best results.
This is a temporary post paying £12-£14 per hour (dependent on
skills and experience) plus holiday pay. If this role is of interest
