This is a permanent
night shift role working 8.30pm to 8.30am on a rotating shift
basis. It is based in the City with a leading property/executive
apartments company. To ensure they provide a 5 star service to
their guests that provide 24 hour support 365 days a year and this
role is key to this.
On a day to day (or
should we say night to night basis) you will be involved in:
apartments are ready for incoming guests
- Meeting and
greeting new quests on arrival and ensuring they are well
- Dealing with
incoming emergency calls and actioning or escalating as
administration around occupancy, guest arrivals and similar
databases and reservations systems
You will be working
alone and therefore it’s vital that you enjoy working independently
and can use your initiative when unusual things arise. Additionally
you will need to be able to provide a comprehensive handover at the
end of each shift.
The ideal person
will be confident with MS Office and exceptional customer service
This role offers an
annual salary of £21 – 22,000 plus £2 -3,000 annual bonus
(performance based and paid bimonthly) as well as a shift allowance
for weekend work.
