Managing Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Recruitment
With the market on the move, Love & Tate are in the fortunate position to be seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join and lead a team.
Love & Tate has been around 28 years and specialises in the Office and Business Support sectors together with Communications and Marketing recruitment. Joining our team means you will work with a wide variety of organisations across a range of business sectors and will continue to bring in and develop new business to increase our portfolio of clients.
Recruitment is a fantastic career but not for the faint-hearted. The pace is fast and furious, the role often demanding but hugely rewarding, with high levels of personal satisfaction. But you will already know that. Right now, you should be keen to continue a hands-on permanent recruitment consultancy role while providing organised and motivational team leadership focused on achieving results.
You will be adept at growing accounts, developing new clients and providing the attention to detail to turn every opportunity into a positive experience for our clients and candidates. You’ll be knowledgeable about the London marketplace with the drive and passion to inspire the people you work with, both internally and externally.
