Production Help Desk – Graveyard/Night Shifts Only
If you are a night owl and prefer working night shifts then this is the role for you. Our City based client is seeking a customer focused person to join their night shift on a permanent basis. The working hours are 10.30pm to 6.30am, Monday to Friday and this role would suit someone who is committed to working nights for the long-term, not to work around study plans etc.
This role provides help desk support to clients around data production so it not only involves dealing with inbound customer calls but also covers resolving issues around data production and assisting with testing and diagnosis. The company is a leading producer of online financial data and deals with clients internationally and hence the need to provide a 24 hours service to clients.
The successful candidate will have worked within a help desk, customer service or production support environment within a corporate company and be extremely IT literate with proven Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ideally Project). You will need to enjoy a role that is telephone based and ideally you will have worked night shifts previously.
This position offers a basic salary of £18,000 per annum together with an annual shift allowance of £3,666.
