client is seeking a versatile person with experience from the
hospitality sector to work with a leading managed apartment company
in London. The main aim of the role is to assist new guests when
they arrive at their apartment with the check in process, luggage
etc. In addition you will complete deliveries, help guests with ad
hoc requests and additional items they may need in their new
ideal candidate will naturally provide the highest level of customer
service, enjoy interacting with guests, be comfortable making
deliveries throughout London and hold a clean and current driverís
licence; you may be required to drive between locations. The
majority of work in based in the West End, City and Docklands and
the job does require you to visit all these locations either by
public transport or company van.
Working hours are 12 hour shifts between 8.00am and 10.00pm working
4 days on and 2/3 days off (including weekends) and weekend work
will be paid at a 20% supplement. This is a permanent role,
immediately available, and offers a basic salary of £19,500 per
annum plus a performance based bonus of £1,000 per annum (paid
bimonthly). 70% of a Zone 1 & 2 travel card is paid for by the
company. Working hours will be allocated on a rotating shift basis
and are agreed well in advance enabling you to plan around days off.
