This is a unique role
working for a leading 5 star serviced apartment provider who run a
huge portfolio of properties across Central London. The key focus of
the role is to manage the ongoing quality of their apartments
ensuring that they are maintained at the highest standard while a
guest is staying, and on their departure is ready for the next
guest. You will be visiting properties located throughout central
London to complete checks ensuring standards are maintained.
The ideal person for this role will be someone who has worked in
hospitality, housekeeping management or lettings and is looking to
move to a corporate environment. A real eye for detail and passion
to have everything absolutely perfect is essential for this job as
well as a high level of IT literacy as you will be updating in-house
systems with jobs that need to completed.
This role will be working on a rotating shift basis with the
earliest start time being 8.00am and you would work on average every
second weekend. This is a permanent post based in the City and
offers a salary of £19,500 per annum, plus bonus (up to £1,000 per
annum) and a weekend shift uplift of 20%.
