We are working with a
leading publishing company based in the City who require someone to
manage their staff rota (50-100 staff) that includes their casual /
freelance staff, as well as provide wider support within the office.
This is a permanent role but please note the working hours are
11.00am 7.00pm please only apply if you can commit to working
On a day to day basis you will be:
Organising rotas, booking freelancers and managing changes to the
Approving and processing payments for casual staff
Updating the central database
Organising system access for new starters and freelancers
Maintaining holiday and sickness records
Providing wider admin support for the team such as booking
couriers, taxis, preparing correspondence
Preparing documentation for seminars and meetings
Process staff expenses, processing invoices and ordering office
supplies and equipment
Supporting others in the team during staff absence.
This will be a hectic role and its vital that the staff rotas you
set are perfect. The ideal candidate will be someone who has
considerable experience of managing staff rotas together with good
admin support or office management skills. You will be using Word
and Excel on a daily basis; strong MS Office skills are a must.
Our client is offering a salary of £30-32,000 per annum, dependent
on skills and experience, together with an excellent benefits
