We are recruiting for a top end property management/serviced apartment company based in the City who require an experienced call centre operator to provide support in their guest relations team. This is a key team to the company’s customer service operations and they deal with all the queries from their clients/guests. These could be anything from I would like to change to a larger apartment, could you please provide more glasses, could someone please pick up my dry cleaning to letting guests know of repairs being completed (e.g. the water board are doing work so no water from 10.00 – 12.00).
This team provides services 7 days a week and work on a shift basis with the earliest start time being 7.30am and latest finish time of 9.00pm. You will be required to work on average two weekends a month.

The perfect experience for this role would be someone who has worked in a call centre environment and enjoys dealing with a high volume of calls and being a central customer service coordinator or alternatively experience with a large 5 star hotel dealing with customer service/reservations. You will be coordinating jobs so experience with dispatching or assigning jobs would be a benefit. Exceptional customer service skills and written communication ability are essential – requests from guests are made either via email/online or by phone and these skills will be assessed in the selection process.
This is a permanent role that offers a package of £20 – £24,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. If this role is of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
