We are working with a specialist chartered surveying firm based in the City who require someone to manage their administration function, ensuring that it meets the companies’ standards and enables the Partners and Fee Earners to deliver an exceptional and timely service to clients.

You will be involved in all aspects of ensuring the office runs smoothly, as well as being responsible for three support staff. This is a permanent role, immediately available, but they will wait on a notice period for the right person.

The role will be responsible for:

• Managing the central admin team ensuring all work is completed on time and to standards required (reports, letters, client contract production etc)
• Preparing complex reports
• Managing reception rota
• Organising office supplies
• Implementing an environment policy and other statutory policies and ensuring they are adhered to (e.g. CSR, H&S, data Protection)
• Managing maintenance and facilities contracts
• Assisting with IT matters
• On boarding and off boarding staff members

This is a busy role with the opportunity to positively impact the whole firm. They are known for retaining their staff and are keen for someone to grow with the role and the firm. They are looking for someone who has worked in a similar role and is looking for a fresh challenge. Advanced Word skills are essential together with the ability to pick up new packages and systems.
