We are working with a
blue chip organisation based near Holborn who require a strong
administrator to support a team. This is initially a temporary role
and with the option to move to their permanent staff. Due to start
on 11 September.
They would like someone who can act as a central administrative
point and assist with office supplies, flag key project dates and
associated reporting, book meetings and the relevant catering and
venue, process vendor invoices and ensure vendor central information
is accurate and up to date as well as provide support to the EA in
the department, covering in their absence.
On a day to day basis you will be using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and
Oracle (they will train on this).
The ideal candidate will be someone who has provided central support
to a team, enjoys being involved in projects and has a real eye for
detail. Strong IMS Office skills is a must. As mentioned this is a
temporary to permanent opportunity and offers a permanent salary of
c£23,000 per annum.
