This is a new role
working with a facilities provider who provide an onsite service to
a leading financial services institution. The role is based in the
West End and is a permanent position to start quickly. The site
youd be based at has a smaller team of 50 but will be almost
doubling over the next year so it's a great time to join the team.
Day to day duties will include:
Being based on reception
Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
Setting up for conferences and other events
Ordering and managing catering for events
Updating databases with booking, invoice and work orders
Incoming and outgoing post and couriers
Managing facilities and the building services in line with the
Reporting any repairs and developing a strong relationship with
the building management
Complete regular facilities reports
Completing desk moves
Completing Health and Safety checks
Restocking office equipment including kitchen items and
Managing and processing invoices and POs
The ideal person will have worked in a similar reception or
facilities based role and enjoy interacting with clients, managing
all the catering and preparations around events and be comfortable
with MS Office (especially Word, Outlook and Excel). This is a
permanent role paying £22-£25,000 per annum, dependent on skills and
