This is a permanent
night shift role working 8.00pm to 8.00am on a rotating shift basis.
It is based in the City with a leading property/executive apartments
company. To ensure they provide a 5 star service to their guests
they provide 24 hour support 365 days a year and this role is key to
On a day to day (or should we say night to night) basis you will be
• Ensuring apartments are ready for incoming guests
• Meeting and greeting new guests on arrival and ensuring they are
• Dealing with incoming emergency calls and actioning or escalating
• Completing administration around occupancy, guest arrivals and
• Updating databases and reservations systems
You will be working alone and therefore it is vital that you are
reliable and can use your initiative when unusual things arise.
Additionally, you will need to be able to provide a comprehensive
handover at the end of each shift.
The ideal person will be confident with MS Office, have a current
clean drivers licence, as at times you will need to drive to
properties, as well as exceptional customer service skills.
This role offers an annual salary of £19,500 plus £1,000 annual
bonus (performance based and paid bimonthly) as well as a shift
allowance for weekend work.
