We are working with a
leading firm of patent attorneys who require a trained legal
secretary to join the team in a paralegal / team secretarial
capacity. The role is based in central London and in the long-term
will offer personal development opportunities.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in:
• Maintaining client filing – all of which is electronic
• Scanning documents
• Typing correspondence and documents – audio and copy
• Managing daily, weekly and monthly reminders
• Preparing standard and ad hoc reports in Excel
• Assisting with emails, post, photocopying
• Working with paralegals in the team
This role would suit someone who has completed CILEX / ILEX or has
worked as a legal secretary and enjoys the administrative side of
the role. Accurate touch typing skills are essential and these will
be assessed at interview together with spelling and grammar.
Advanced MS Office is also a must.
This role is immediately available and offers a salary of c£20,000
per annum, dependent on skills and experience. With this the firm
offers a very competitive benefits package including a bi-annual
