We are working with a
leading housing association that requires someone on a six month
temporary contract to support a Retirement Housing scheme with 26
flats. The role is all encompassing and they require someone who
will enjoy using their initiative in a varied role, without heavy
supervision.
To ensure the site runs effectively on a day to day basis you will
be involved with:
Advising tenants on benefits available to them
Managing repairs, maintenance of the grounds, property adaptations
etc
Providing advice on rent and service charge payments and ensuring
payments are made
Carrying out site inspections
Health and safety policy, risk assessments, checks etc
Maintaining accurate records and producing required reporting
Working closely with statutory authorities and other agencies in
support of tenants
Ensuring vacant properties are re-let quickly
The role does require you to liaise with tenants on a daily basis so
its essential that you enjoy being a central point that positively
assists residents.
This is a six month role paying £13.10 per hour plus holiday pay of
£1.58 (total £14.68) and working hours are 8.00am 4.00pm or 9.00am
5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The site is based in East Putney.
Its essential that the appointed person holds a current Enhanced
DBS check.
