We are working with a
boutique food import company based near London Bridge station who
require a strong administrator to support a small team. This is
quite a wide reaching role where you will be involved with
reception, data input, admin support and basic accounting tasks.
On a day to day basis duties will include:
• Meet and greet and switchboard
• Updating in-house databases with client details, contracts, orders
and FX information
• Diary management
• Organising travel
• Occasional typing
• Ordering office supplies and stationery
• Post and banking
• Data input for the accounts team
• Filing and scanning
• Making the tea!
• Other administrative duties.
This is a great company to work for, with a small friendly team, and
the role has come about due to an internal promotion. This is
initially a 3 month contract role with a view of going permanent
with a start date of late May / early June.
Key for this role will be strong MS Office skills (especially Word
and Excel), proven accurate keyboard skills and numeracy. The salary
offered is up to £26,000 per annum, dependent on skills and
