We are working with a
specialist construction consultancy based in the City who are
looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team. This is a
busy multifaceted role, where you will be responsible for the
reception function but also provide secretarial support to the team
working closely with the other secretaries in the office.
On a day to day basis youll be involved with:
Meeting and greeting
Booking and managing meeting rooms
Ensuring the kitchen and other facilities are up to standard and
Booking taxis, couriers etc
Ordering and buying refreshments and lunches as required
Audio and copy typing of correspondence and reports
Assisting with preparing presentations
Providing other administrative support as required.
This will be a busy role where you will be a valued member of the
support team. To be effective in this position you will need strong
MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as fast and
accurate audio typing skills. Experience in a reception / front of
house position is also vital.
This is a permanent position offering a salary of c£23,000. If this
