Receptionist / Administrator - Luton

We are working with a leading housing association that requires a temp to start ASAP and work until the end of January 2019 (and potentially beyond)  at their Luton site.  The role is 80% reception / admin based as well as being responsible for property inspections.

The site is based within walking distance of Luton Hospital and you will be involved with:

  • Updating their internal system with resident information

  • Booking rooms

  • Meeting and greeting residents and assisting with queries

  • Taking payments

  • Completing inspections of void / empty properties

For this role you will need to be IT savvy, have strong Word and Excel skills, solid administrative experience and enjoy interacting with customers/ residents.

This is a temporary position paying up to 12.00 per hour plus holiday pay (1.45 per hour) and as above starts ASAP and will be at least until late January 2019.  If this role is of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
