Croydon, our client is seeking an experienced in-house recruitment /
talent manager to join and lead their talent acquisition team. The
company have been through an extensive restructure and going forward
they would like to change their recruitment focus away from agencies
to a full in-house direct recruitment model. Recruitment levels are
currently high and the range of roles available are vast and
The talent team covers the full in-house remit including full cycle
recruitment, attraction, utilising LinkedIn and social media to
enhance candidate attraction, preparing job specs, coordinating
interviews and assisting hiring manages with the interview process
and the communications team with EVP, producing management
reporting, maintaining the ATS and supporting the on-boarding
The ideal person will have managed an in-house function previously
and been instrumental in changing to a direct recruitment model.
Strong leadership skills are a must and the current team is five
This is a permanent role that offers a salary of up to £50,000 per
