We are working with a
leading housing association that require an experienced Assurance
Manager – this is a newly created permanent role within the Treasury
and Risk team. The core focus of the role includes managing
information for the Governance Group, data assurance and their
On a day to day basis you will be involved with:
• Designing, maintaining and validating their assurance framework
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
• Data assurance in all its forms
• Reporting to the Board and Audit & Risk Committees providing
updates and relevant reports
• Linking risk to the company’s compliance and strategic planning
• Management of the Data Governance group, working closely with the
• Training managers and asset owners and working closely with
departments across the business.
The ideal person will have worked in a risk and assurance role
previously, have covered the three lines of defence; please note the
company are happy to train on data side of the role. They are also
flexible on the sectors you’ve worked in previously but would expect
you to have previously worked with a large complex corporate
organisation. This is a permanent role and the recruitment process
will move quickly as the company is keen to get someone on board as
quickly as possible. It offers a salary of up to £50,000 per annum
