This is a contract
role to start in mid November and will run for at least six months
but is expected to extend. It’s with a blue chip international
company where Diversity and Inclusion is one of their key people
priorities. The role will have a global reach and has a good mix of
project work as well as partnering with the business.
On a day to day basis you’ll be involved with:
• Partnering with a number of key internal clients, provide subject
matter expertise and advice to address specific local Regional and
Functional D&I issues
• Broadening knowledge and understanding of the D&I landscape using
survey data, external benchmarking and workforce feedback
• Ensuring meaningful D&I management information is extracted,
analysed and presented to inform key stakeholders and drive change
• Supporting key D&I initiatives designed to encourage capability
building and cultural change
• Maintaining relationships with diversity related businesses, with
the intention of working together and improving the organisation’s
• Providing governance and infrastructure for the D&I sponsors,
Champions and the HR network
Ideally our client is seeking someone who’s been in a similar D&I
Advisors role within a global organisation and is up to date with
latest trends, bringing creative ideas to the business and able to
propose positive changes for the future.
This offers a daily rate of £232 – £313, dependent in experience and
payroll mechanism (we can accommodate PAYE, Umbrella and Limited
