We are working with an international charity that requires an experienced recruiter to work in Haiti supporting their work there. This role is based in the Haiti office for approximately three months where you will be responsible for recruiting from the local workforce c90 people to support their work; covering a wide range of disciplines including manual workers to office support.
To be successful with this position it is essential that you have fluent written and oral French language skills and strong experience of recruiting teams. You will need to be very self sufficient and able to work in initially difficult conditions but without doubt the job will be rewarding! The working week will not be your standard 9 to 5 but rather you may work seven days plus in a row but you will be required to take days off work to ensuring you are not working 24/7
This position starts immediately and all travel and accommodation will be paid for. The interview process will be completed via the telephone/video conferencing and this is an urgent requirement. It attracts a salary of £25-35,000 pro rated which is dependant upon experience.
