We are working with a five star serviced apartment provider who require an experienced Operations Manager to run their London Operation. This role will have overall responsibility for customer service, property management and maintenance and how client facing staff interact with guests.

The role is all about service delivery and ensuring guests expectations are not only met but exceeded. The headline aspects you will manage include:

Operational contracts
Cost control
Supplier management
Productivity
Health and Safety
Overseeing the operational teams
Staffing management performance, payroll, recruitment etc
Training and development.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a management level position with direct staff leadership and well as guest/client delivery. If you have worked in a similar sector or hospitality that would be a real advantage.

This is a permanent role and the client is interviewing now. It offers an annual salary of 40-45,000, dependent on skills and experience. If this role is of interest please submit your CV ASAP.
