We are working with a leading serviced apartment provider who are seeking a talented property / team leader to manage their apartments in terms of quality control, fit-out, housekeeping and stock control (e.g. linen etc). This is a key role within the organisation and is essential to ensure that the brand is represented to the highest standard in every apartment and for every guest.

On a day to day basis you’ll be involved with:

• Checking apartments meet required standards, are set up and furnished appropriately and ready for guests
• Managing new apartment stock and ensuring they are fitted out to required standards within tight deadlines
• Decommissioning apartments
• Completing an inspection / quality control programme to ensure all properties are “on brand”
• Managing stock, including linen
• Managing housekeeping which is completed by outsourced contractors
• Team leadership of a team of five, ensuring they are meeting required standards and working together effectively
• Working closely with other teams who will be involved with the fitting out of apartments, maintenance and supplies
• Being the final point for escalation of queries

The ideal candidate will be someone who has proven experience as a team leader, been involved in a quality control style role, understands the hospitality sector and can manage an outsourced function. Attention to detail is essential together with the ability to easily identify, assign and manage all tasks related to taking on a new apartment for the company and turn it into a guest’s home within a few days.

This is a permanent role working a 40 hour week and you will be required to work one weekend in three. It offers a total salary (including bonus) of £27–£35,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. You will be based in the City, and travel to apartments will take you across zones 1 and 2 on the Underground.
