We are working with a
boutique real estate consultancy based in the City who require a PA
to provide full support to a close knit team of six. Its a great,
busy team to support busy and they rely on the PA, so you can make a
real difference. In the main you will be involved with:
Preparing professional reports, correspondence, memos etc.
Diary management for partners
Being responsible for Social Media activity for the company
Preparing meeting documentation and presentations
Processing client invoices and updating Quickbooks with basic
accounting information (eg expenses, VAT info etc)
Maintaining client files and database
Providing administrative support to surveyors and the partners
Researching information and background for the partners in
relation to the properties/clients they are managing
Being the central hub for the team for all support functions
To be successful with the role you will need proven secretarial
skills with at least 60 wpm audio typing; this will be assessed.
Advanced MS Office skills (Word and Excel) is required as well as
previous experience of supporting a team and if you have a
secretarial qualification that would be a bonus.
The post is based in the heart of the City and offers a salary of
£25-£30,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, together
with a discretionary bonus scheme.
