This is a contract role
with a leading global organisation based at Sunbury-on-Thames. They
are seeking an experienced learning coordinator to start mid July in
a role that will run until the end of the year.
This post covers the full administration process for a portfolio of
training sessions. It will include interaction with delegates as
well as updating training databases. On a day to day basis you will
be involved with:
• Sending pre-session course work and instructions out to delegates
• Assisting with any queries or issues and escalating as needed
• Tracking attendance and updating training records accordingly
• Collating event evaluation forms
• Working with instructors on monitoring course progress and
producing status reports
• The enrolment process for online courses and assisting with
technical issues and access queries.
The ideal person for this role will have worked in a training or L&D
admin role previously, have strong MS Office skills, be IT savvy and
have excellent written and verbal communication skills. It offers an
hourly rate of £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay of £1.69 per hour.
