We are recruiting for a Resourcing Specialist to work for a global organisation based 20 mins from Clapham Junction (out of central London) for a 6 month role.

The Resourcing Specialist is responsible for managing a full lifecycle recruitment process across a portfolio of disciplines & locations within the UK. Responsible for delivering cost effective, diverse and quality resources, acting as a subject matter expert to Business Facing HR and Line Managers in all resourcing related matters.

Responsibilities

 Accountable for professional permanent hires, both internal and external, across an agreed portfolio
 Lead the full recruitment lifecycle which is governed by a resourcing ‘common process’
 Drive Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) rigour through all resourcing activity, ensuring stakeholders have access to appropriate shortlists and inclusive resourcing tools
 Ensuring that D&I “Rules of the Road” are adhered to, with diverse shortlists and interview panels with minimal exceptions
 Responsible for rigorously managing cost per hire by prioritising direct sourcing
 Develop and maintain market intelligence in order to inform resourcing related decisions and actions
 Managing sensitive data in line with Data Privacy rules
 Build strong and partner-focused working relationships with Business Facing HR, Line Managers and other business stakeholders. Act as trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on resourcing related matters(incl. employment law) when required
 Supporting HR in executing integrated staffing plans; being aware of demand and all relevant redeployment and strategic change activity to ensure delivery of right skills, bench strength and pipeline
 Work closely with Resourcing Coordinators, providing required information and content in a timeous fashion to ensure that they are able to deliver to SLA’s

Essential experience:

 In-house resourcing experience
 Knowledge and experience of recruiting for multiple job disciplines
 Experience of leading D&I initiatives in a resourcing context
 A track record of developing sourcing strategies to fill roles effectively and efficiently
 Direct sourcing experience, with a track record of success
 A detailed knowledge of applicant tracking systems - ideally Brass Ring or similar

Desirable Experience

 Experience of working within the Oil & Gas, Technology, Engineering, Construction, Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry/s.
 The capability to build recruitment focused reports, translating recruitment data into Management Information
 Experience of working within defined recruitment policies and practices
 Experience of multiple assessment methodologies including competency based interviewing, assessment centres, psychometrics etc.
