Are you a HR Assistant who has worked for large matrix organisations and are immediately available? We have a 1 year role based near Heathrow to support 2 HR Directors and a HR Advisor.

The purpose of this role is to deliver generalist administrative processes relating to all employee lifecycle activities. You will be accountable for organising and coordinating tasks required to deliver quality, timely & accurate HR data. This role will also be responsible for validating data and generating reports so the successful candidate will need to have reporting experience using SAP, and strong MS Office packages..


- Act as a first line of contact for general enquiries and reply or redirect as appropriate, advise line managers and employees on people policies and processes
- Support the Reward and Talent Management processes through the provision of data and analytics
- Liaise with HR specialisms, occupational health and legal teams for case management
- Maintain/update organisational data to ensure quality and accurate records, reporting & data compliance, including: SAP Organisation Management, maintenance of HR records on SAP, GPD validation, data cleansing, run adhoc reports & data queries for BFHR team, manage OM Changes and provide assurance to HR Advisors
- Recruitment administration for new hires and internal transfers
- Create job postings working with hiring managers & HR Advisors to ensure compliance to recruitment process
- Create new hire statements, complete VOFs and check contracts, assist Line Managers with new hire onboarding and induction process
- Conduct HR inductions and three month follow-ups (where required)
- Work with International and Domestic Mobility teams to support expatriate assignments and employee relocations
- Own administration of Mobility activity including completion of forms relating to domestic and international mobility
- Supports the HR Capability Advisor with meeting and action administration
- Provide general support to HR Advisors on ad-hoc activity.

What we are looking for

- Experience supporting Human Resources activities and exposure to HR Services centres
- Experience with working to tight deadlines in an environment where priorities and delivery matter
- Strong administrative and customer service skills
- High level of personal integrity and able to deal with confidential information
- Experience and proven track record of providing and maintaining accurate data
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks through effective time management and prioritisation
- Excellent skills in MS Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint and an enthusiasm to learn
- Experience using SAP or other large scale HR Operating Systems
