We are currently recruiting a HR Project Management Coordinator to work with our client, based in west London, for 10 months from December.

Our client is current implementing Workday as part of their HR Modernization programme, which will go live globally in April 2019. Due to the large scale of the programme, the impact will require new ways of working from both HR and client groups.

This role will sit within the Operating Model team, who are a key part of the overall HR Modernization project. The role of the Operating Model team has been to design the new organisation and transition to go-live in April 2019, and are currently moving into the execution phase – getting ready to support HR through the change into new roles and ways of working.

The successful candidate will be required to have at least two years’ experience of working in project management ideally within an HR organisation/HR Transformation project. This role will be responsible for supporting the Operating Model workstream Project Director with interaction across multiple programme workstreams and segment HR teams.

Responsibilities

 Management of logistics for project related events i.e. integrated planning workshops
 Support the Operating Model Project Director, e.g. scheduling meetings / calendar management, sending invitations for Op Model meetings and workshops and managing all other logistics including room bookings, catering etc
 Programme information control and maintenance; maintaining risks and issues register (RAID); ensure the master versions for all programme related documentation are stored on the programme SharePoint site
 Support identification and management of interdependencies with other programme workstreams
 Advocate for the adoption and adherence of the use of the programme management toolkit e.g. utilisation of programme templates
 Programme documentation administration e.g. assist with the preparation of programme status updates, chasing for updates on open actions etc.
 Progress routine programme management tasks e.g. deliverables tracking
 Provide project management support to assist with the successful execution of the HR Op Model workstream implementation plan

What we are looking for:

 Experience and knowledge of project management methodology (essential)
 High degree of computer literacy and advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. (essential)
 Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise information quickly
 Experience of interacting with stakeholders at all levels; ability to understand the audience and tailor the level of interaction accordingly (highly desirable)
 Knowledge of HR systems and processes within a large, complex, multi-national organisation (very useful)
