We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager position to work on the recruitment technology for a global blue chip organisation's resourcing modernisation programme. This role is to start ASAP for 6 months, based near Heathrow.

This role acts as a pivotal interface between Resourcing teams and the technology that underpins the organisation’s resourcing efforts, therefore huge importance is placed on the ability to understand the needs of the Resourcing teams but also their current technological landscape, along with anticipating & advising on future state. Ongoing consideration of new products and emerging solutions will be essential to achieving success.

This role takes on accountability as the main point of contact for current resourcing technological systems along with current modernisation and ongoing long term future advances, all with the ongoing need to align to the strategic direction of the Resourcing teams.


• Able to lead a global CRM (ideally Avature) implementation from initial vendor selection, requirements gathering, design, working with vendor to build/configure, integrate (to Kenexa Brassring), deploy and assist with initial go-live support
• Experience of (recruitment focused) website and creation, design and deployment of a new global site
• External tech landscape – Understands the technical landscape (relating to specific resourcing lifecycle), seeks counsel from other early adopters, competitor and technology consultancies. Champions new resourcing technologies
• Stakeholder consultancy – Understands, supports and advises the Resourcing team in all areas of recruitment technology to maximise the ROI of individual tech solutions and to enhance the organisation’s ability in the resourcing process
• Partnering with senior resourcing leader(s) – Builds a close working relationship with resourcing leader responsible for element of resourcing lifecycle, anticipating requirements and providing fast and effective service
• Product Experimentation – Works with suppliers and internal teams to test new products to understand suitability for the organisation and how these may be implemented within the recruitment lifecycle
• Vendor Management – Manages and engages with existing suppliers to fully understand product offerings, roadmaps and future concepts. Works to provide feedback and influence future design
• Project Management – Consults with resourcing teams to understand the need for change (or advises of such need) and progress to manage stakeholders, technical support, team colleagues, other related systems and testing through project level activities
• Change management – Manages all elements of change relating to area of resourcing. Drives discussion among affected teams and pushes for agreement to proceed. Manages expectations and timeframes relating to change requests
• Minor-Medium configuration changes – Carries out configuration changes not deemed to be of major technical structural status
• Testing of change requests – Manages all testing and signs off on functional change prior to release to Resourcing teams to complete testing


- Deep recruiting background
- Deep recruitment product/tool technical knowledge
- Understanding of HRIS/Recruitment systems (including Kenexa Brassring)
- Significant stakeholder engagement experience
- Project management (PRINCE2, PMP)
- Ability to identify technological solutions
- Change management experience including use of different methodologies
