We are currently
recruiting for a Programme Administrator to support a global client
with their Workday implementation project. You will have supported
on previous projects, ideally within a HR environment, and Workday
knowledge would be desirable.
This is a 6 months + temporary role based near Heathrow, so before

The programme administration support role is required to perform a
variety of administrative tasks and ideally have experience of
working within an HR organisation. Examples of tasks could be the
setting up of meetings, collating programme updates i.e. chasing of
open actions, deliverables tracking, updating programme templates
Supports Programme Management Office (PMO) Lead e.g. scheduling
meeting invitations for governance forums
Administers the on and off boarding process
Maintains / updates programme related materials i.e. changes to
resourcing pack, onboarding pack etc.
Prepares and distributes the weekly ‘Huddle’ meeting minutes
Programme information control and maintenance; maintaining
the ‘only version of the truth’ e.g. risks and issues register
(RAID); ensure the master versions for all programme related
documentation is stored on the programme SharePoint site
Advocate for the adoption and adherence of the use of the
programme management toolkit e.g. utilisation of programme templates
Programme documentation administration e.g. assists with the
preparation of programme status updates, chasing for updates on open
Progresses routine programme management tasks e.g.
Provides administration support to any of the programme
workstreams as required
Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of
products; in particular Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
High level of competence with Excel e.g. formulas, charts,
