We are looking for a
number of Team Assistants to work for our global client based in the
South West London.
These roles are
initially for 3 months and we are looking for strong PA/Secretaries
who have supported a number of senior leaders along with their team.
You will have ideally worked in either Oil/gas, technology or
banking/finance and be immediately available.
Paying £17per hour
PAYE with holiday pay on top.
- Diary management
for the team / co-ordination of team meetings
- Arrange and
co-ordinate travel/hotel bookings where required
- Manage and
co-ordinate team business expenses for processing and
- Responsible for
administration, including administrative support, stationary
orders, meeting room bookings, meeting and escorting of guests
- Assist with
arrangements of logistics for meetings, roadshows, conference
rooms, video/teleconferencing and other equipment and catering
- Prepare briefing
documents for meetings
- Assist with the
organisation of team away days and social corporate hospitality
staff. Creating IT requests
- Meet and greet
potential office/desk moves
senior PA with day to day activities
- Ability to work
under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Team player –
ability to effectively co-operate and communicate with others
including executives and externally including frequent contacts
- Intermediate to
advanced computer skills including MS Office suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook), templates, mail merge, letter formatting,
slide master, One Note
