We recruiting for a Talent Attraction Advisor to work for our global client based in the South West London.

 This role will be for 6 months and we are looking for a candidate with a strong internal talent attraction background. You will have ideally worked in either Oil/gas, technology, banking/finance or global matrix organisation and be immediately available.

 Paying - PAYE £210 per day including holiday pay or FCSA Approved Umbrella Company - £250 per day.

 The Talent Attraction team are a creative group, responsible for ensuring employer brand and recruitment marketing works across their global footprint. You will be responsible for supporting the Sourcing & Attraction team to develop, deliver and optimise the employer brand, content & channels and events strategies

 Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities with the regional and Centre of Excellence (CoE) Attraction team to ensure best practice and delivery of the global sourcing & attraction strategy
  • Promote the organisation and develop a brand that will communicate the organisation’s offering and culture
  • Work closely with the TA teams in the CoE to fully understand the regional and country nuance in order to deliver an employer brand and content and channels strategy that is fit for purpose
  • Establish strong relationships with TA teams, communications teams, brand and marketing to ensure a cohesive approach to the global employer brand and the content and channels strategy
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the coordination and logistics regarding events, covering Experienced, Early Careers and Field Based Hiring
  • Evaluate and understand the content impact by monitoring traffic and metrics and developing improvements based on the insights gathered
  • Monitor the external market to identify the most suitable channels to support best practice talent acquisition delivery
  • Base people plan on analysis of data and understanding of the business and external trends
  • Direct contact and relationship with the business, acts as the resourcing expert for the business leaders
  • Drive engagement with our people from their very first interaction
  • Support and coach Hiring Managers with diversity and inclusion

 What we are looking for

  • Talent attraction or recruitment marketing experience
  • Previous experience of managing the logistics of large scale Talent Acquisition events
  • Some experience of planning, developing and delivering marketing campaigns across multiple channels, effective solutions to attract candidate applications from underrepresented groups
  • A creative approach in developing, delivering and optimising social and digital media campaigns, ideally within recruitment
  • Analytical thinking – comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making; e.g. sourcing strategies, targeted attraction, & strategic workforce shaping
