We are recruiting for a Workforce Administrator Lead with Workday knowledge. This role is based in West London to start in January 2019, covering maternity leave.

This role manages a team of specialists within HR Services who deliver Workforce Administration processes, Organisational and Data changes and Reporting requests; ensuring sufficient staffing and a balanced workload. The role provides a point of contact for HR and the business managers when executing changes to an existing organisation structure, or creating a new one and provides professional advice for complex / escalated issues.

Full Team Management responsibilities of managing a shared service delivery team
Manages on the ground delivery, responds to service demands as they arise and conduct Workforce Administration Team quality assurance activities
Manage team performance to ensure service is delivered as per performance targets; coaching and developing team members
Ensures team maintains Organisation Units, Jobs, Positions and Cost Centre Assignments master data; ensuring the integrity of organisation structure data changes in Workday
Identify opportunities to improve service to deliver a better customer experience
Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures raising risks/issues as needed
Contribute to HR Services Business Continuity activities as applicable highlighting critical resources and activities
Actively developing breadth and depth within the HR specialist area and able to provide professional advice
Prior experience of leading a team in a shared services environment in a multi-national organisation
Customer Service Delivery experience across multiple countries and time zones
