We are working with a
leading housing association that requires a temp to start ASAP and
work for at least the next three months at their Luton site. This
is a lovely busy people-oriented role based on site within a team of
3 people who love their jobs! 80% of your time is focused on
administration, booking people in and ensuring they are happy,
however you are also responsible for property inspections around the

within walking distance of Luton Hospital and you will be involved

internal system with resident information
- Booking rooms
- Taking payments
inspections of void / empty properties
For this role you
will need to be IT savvy, have strong Word and Excel skills, solid
administrative experience and really enjoy interacting with
customers/ residents. A hotel or hospitality background is ideal.
This is a temporary
position initially, moving to permanent, paying up to £12.00 per
hour plus holiday pay (£1.45 per hour) and as above starts ASAP.
