and encourage an overseas student to improve their shorthand and
build their speed on New Era. They arrive with around 100wpm and
return home with 180wpm or more!
The student is keen and will work full time at our Pitman Training
Centre in central London. She will be improving her outlines,
phrasing and techniques - and English language - while you provide
coaching, speed practice, study plan and motivation for up to six

We will provide theory books, material and speed passages from past
projects - last year we had two students, both attaining 200wpm!
On achieving a speed test at 180wpm or more the student can return
home and get the job of their dreams so they are extremely well
For you it is a very satisfying and uplifting project.
