Responsibilities:
- Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments & ensure effective time management.
- Arrange meetings both internally & externally.
- Organise senior management monthly meetings and senior executive regular review meetings with CEO/COO/CCO reportables including production of documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations at least two working days prior to meetings.
- Ensuring the senior managers are briefed and well-prepared for meetings, including production of documents in sufficient time.
- Draft correspondence as briefed and maintain electronic filing for all reports, briefs and correspondence.
- Prepare agendas and ensure the provision of all requisite papers for Board and Committee meetings
- Screening of telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager
- Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally,
traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
- Manage small events in liaison with events manager.
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to the office, including travel, meeting and room bookings, managing stationery, expenses and other related tasks when required.

- IT literate - knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Good writing skills with attention to detail.
