database about to be launched for best practice projects that could be
replicated nationwide.

Partnership Award with LBTH and Pitman Training for the Skillsmatch training programmes.
This award is given for schemes that provide exceptional examples that
benefit the individual, companies and the community at large.
Love & Tate in
conjunction with Pitman Training have a specially funded training for employment scheme
(SkillsMatch) in partnership with LBTH. We take groups of unemployed
Tower Hamlets young adults, train them to Pitman Bronze Certificate
standard, then work with employers to find them employment – work
placements, temporary or permanent jobs. In twelve months 84 people
went through the programme with a 96% employment record achieved.
