I was at a crossroads and was not sure about my career path. The team are brilliant, helpful skilled people who will boost your confidence and make you realise that anyone can get the job if you have the right skills and abilities. But most importantly to get the most of Pitman Training programme, you need to have the right attitude. Take full advantage of the help that’s being offered. I have achieved a great deal since then and I am currently working for a recruitment agency based in the city. I have been there for 18 months and I am continuing a steady progress in the recruitment sector.

Moving up the ladder in a company does take a while but let’s just say Skillsmatch and Pitman gave me that important first step.

The Restart Programme placed me at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery the When I started I was so happy. I gained a lot of experience and I really enjoyed the work. My line Manager advised me to register with the hospital agency. After registration, it took me about two months before I got the on-going temporary job that I am doing now with the trust. This makes me feel great; I now have a good job that I can be proud off. I advice people and recommend the Skillsmatch, Love and Tate and Pitman Training course.
