Certificates
were presented to those who trained on the Skillsmatch 25
and Restart 5 programmes. John, Lauren and Maggie
along with other member of staff from Love & Tate and Pitman
Training were present and we were delighted that Claire and
Bernice from Skillsmatch were also able to attend and join in the celebrations.

THANK
YOU!
Dear Lauren,
I just wanted to send this to you.
Personally I can't thank Skillsmatch enough for the
invaluable help and assistance their various secondees have
given us over the two years I have been here at the IPCC. We
have come to expect and indeed receive a very high calibre
of person filling our placements and are always sorry to see
them go, but on the other hand totally delighted if they get
a post within the organisation as many of them become firm
friends as well as work colleagues.
I hope you don't mind me mentioning 2 of these placements of
whom I have had a great deal of contact with. I often joke
with you about Asma Begum and how I should get my money
back, but the reality is, she is fantastic, brilliant member
of our team, she is a great work colleague, hardworking,
always smiling, willing to help anybody and turn her hand to
virtually anything!! She is not only a wonderful credit to
herself but to your organisation - thank you.
The second placement I wish to mention is Jabidul Islam,
today is his third day with the IPCC, and I hope he wants to
stay longer!! He is so enthusiastic and wants to learn and
is willing to help out with anything. He has a wonderful
warm smile, a great sense of humour (definitely needed in
our team!!) and has already endeared himself to his
colleagues here with his speed of working and application to
the tasks given to him. Again he is a credit to you all and
as somebody put it to me yesterday - he like Asma is a real
find!!
So thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with such
great people!!
With all best wishes for this afternoon and your awards
ceremony!!
No doubt we'll be in touch soon!!
